Current Job Openings:
- Service EngineerSalary: PLN 5,000–7,000 gross/month
Responsibilities: verification of documentation and warranty claims, defining scope of work, coordination of service and repair operations.
Requirements: higher education in construction, experience in construction projects, knowledge of MS Office, category B driving license.
- Construction Cost EstimatorSalary: PLN 5,000–7,000 gross/month
Responsibilities: project supervision, budget analysis, schedules, and offer evaluation.
Requirements: higher education in construction, cost estimating skills, knowledge of CAD software, category B driving license.
- Site EngineerSalary: PLN 5,000–6,500 gross/month
Responsibilities: supervision of construction work, quality control, coordination of subcontractors for the hotel project.
Requirements: education in construction, experience in project execution, knowledge of regulations and technical drawings, category B driving license.
- Contract ManagerSalary: PLN 13,000–14,000 gross/month
Responsibilities: team management, investment oversight according to schedule and budget, cooperation with subcontractors.
Requirements: one year of experience in project management, construction education, knowledge of building law, category B driving license.
- Site EngineerSalary: PLN 6,000–8,000 gross/month
Responsibilities: implementation of construction projects according to schedule, quality control, supervision of subcontractors.
Requirements: technical education, at least one year of experience in a similar position, knowledge of building standards, category B driving license.
- Construction ManagerSalary: PLN 10,000–13,000 gross/month
Responsibilities: supervision of the entire construction investment, coordination of subcontractor work, inspection of works.
Requirements: construction education, construction license, minimum 2 years of experience as a construction manager, category B driving license.
