The company Dachland Marek Maleszka received co-financing under Measure 3.01 “Green Loan” of the European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021–2027 program, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, for the project titled “Reduction of primary energy consumption in the company DACHLAND MAREK MALESZKA”.
As part of the project, heat pumps will be purchased and thermal modernization work will be carried out on the office building of Dachland Marek Maleszka, located at 41e Lubelska Street in Olsztyn. The purchase of heat pumps will provide heating, cooling, and hot water supply for the building. The undertaking also includes thermal insulation of the building and replacing the lighting sources in existing fluorescent fixtures with energy-efficient LED sources of higher luminous efficiency.
The thermal modernization actions undertaken by the Applicant will largely shift the building’s energy usage towards a low-emission economy. The aim of the project is to reduce primary energy consumption and, consequently, to reduce CO2 emissions through improved energy efficiency in the building located in Olsztyn. The target group consists of the users of the building at 41e Lubelska Street in Olsztyn. The implementation of the project is essential to increase the building’s energy efficiency and reduce primary energy consumption.
