DACHLAND implements a sustainable development strategy, combining a modern approach to construction with environmental, social, and economic responsibility. Operating in the roofing and building materials sector, we are aware of the significant impact we can have on our surroundings – that’s why our mission is to provide durable and energy-efficient roofing solutions while supporting both people and the environment.

Environmental Responsibility

  • Eco-friendly materials – we offer durable and natural roofing products (ceramic and concrete tiles) that are recyclable and have a low carbon footprint.
  • Collaboration with responsible suppliers – we prefer manufacturers with environmental certifications such as ISO 14001, EPD, or CE.
  • Waste minimization and logistics optimization – we reduce material waste on construction sites and plan transportation with CO₂ emissions reduction in mind.
  • Promotion of eco-friendly solutions – energy-efficient roofs, highly insulating sandwich panels, photovoltaic systems, and coverings that support a low-emission economy.

Social Responsibility – Caring for Employees

At DACHLAND, we know that people are the foundation of any organization. That’s why we place great importance on the comfort, integration, and development of our employees:

  • Training and development – we regularly organize vocational, technical, and product training, enabling employees to gain new qualifications and advance their careers.
  • Daily meals – we provide hot lunches for our employees, ensuring their well-being and energy throughout the day.
  • Celebrating together – every year we organize a company Christmas Eve gathering, where employees meet in a festive atmosphere to reflect on the passing year.
  • Family festival – once a year we host a large company family picnic, attended by employees and their families, including children. The program includes: barbecue, rope park, inflatables, face painting, ice cream, cotton candy, and many more attractions – all to strengthen team bonds and build an atmosphere of mutual trust.
