On January 10–12, 2025, the Final Tournament of the Polish U-17 Women’s Futsal Youth Championship took place in Olsztyn. This event attracted not only futsal enthusiasts but also a wide audience of local residents who could watch the best teams from across the country compete.

Emotions on the Pitch

The tournament brought together 16 teams, including two from the Warmia and Masuria region – AS Stomil Olsztyn and Stomilanki Olsztyn. Although the local teams did not make it out of the group stage, their commitment and determination deserve great recognition.

In the match against AZS UAM Poznań, the players of AS Stomil Olsztyn gave it their all, although the final score of 1:5 secured a win for the team from Poznań. The tournament concluded with a victory for Tęcza Bydgoszcz, who took first place ahead of Rekord Bielsko-Biała and FSA Kraków.

Urania Hall – A Modern Sports Arena

The tournament was held at the renovated Urania Hall, which, after modernization, has become a state-of-the-art sports facility meeting the highest standards. It is a venue that impresses with its functionality and provides the opportunity to host prestigious sporting events such as the Youth Championships of Poland. We are proud to have been part of this transformation.

As the general contractor, Dachland carried out comprehensive flat roof solutions with a total area of approximately 10,000 m² as part of Urania Hall’s modernization. Our scope of work included roofing for the new ice rink and the warm-up hall, creating durable and aesthetic sports infrastructure.
