We have been present on the Polish construction market since 1987. We provide services in the construction industry, specializing in systematic roofing and façade solutions for buildings with a wide range of purposes: from historic properties, through large-scale industrial facilities, to traditional structures and roofing for residential and public utility buildings.
We put particular emphasis on the increasingly popular “design and build” formula, which provides the investor with comprehensive consultancy and optimization of available solutions.
This approach ensures smooth and effective communication between the investor, the designer, and the general contractor – as the last two are in fact represented by a single entity in the investment and construction process.
We specialize in the development of modern residential projects in exceptional locations throughout Warmia and Masuria. Our developments are distinguished by timeless design and the highest-quality finishing materials.
We provide vocational education to young apprentices through hands-on training in carpentry and roofing. This initiative is the foundation of what will become the largest Central Roofing Academy in Europe.
