Central Roofing Academy

We invite you to co-create an innovative project developed by the Warmia-Masuria Branch of the Polish Roofers Association and the Serapian Foundation – the Central Roofing Academy in Olsztyn.

This is the first initiative of its kind in Poland, aiming to establish a specialized center of high standard that trains professionals in the professions of roofer, tinsmith, and carpenter. The Academy is also a place where vocational training, journeyman and master courses are conducted.

Practical Training

Great emphasis is placed on practical training. To achieve the highest level of education for young roofing trainees, we maintain close cooperation with leading manufacturers of machines and building materials. Thanks to this, students gain essential knowledge from professionals who work with roofing on a daily basis. The demand for well-trained workers remains high, and graduating from the Academy can provide a guarantee of long-term employment in the profession.

The Academy welcomes roofing students from all over Poland. Our priority is to support the establishment of roofing classes in construction schools throughout the country.

Roofers’ Education

In recent years, the industry has increasingly faced a shortage of qualified roofing professionals. In response to this situation, together with our partners, we have become involved in the educational sphere. This is the first such comprehensive initiative in Poland.

To meet the growing social demand, we have created the Central Roofing Academy – a comprehensive response to the market’s needs for roofing education throughout Poland. It is also important to note that the training is conducted using the most modern equipment.

We invite the best manufacturers of roofing materials, roofing accessories, and construction chemicals to collaborate with us.
