Leaves and other contaminants can clog roof drains, which, over time, stop fulfilling their function of removing water from the roof. Accumulated water can damage the roofing system and, in extreme cases, even lead to roof collapse. Moss and algae should also be removed from the roof periodically.

 

Condition Inspection

Regular roof inspections allow problems and potential defects to be detected at an early stage, helping to avoid increased repair costs. Inspections help identify holes, punctures, worn joints, or blisters in roofing membranes. Special attention is paid to chimneys, air conditioning systems, and ventilation openings – as they may be sources of roof leakage.

Repairs

After analyzing the roof’s condition, preventive repairs should be carried out. Any issues detected by our team are repaired, eliminating the risk of water entering the roofing system or the interior of the building.

Every roof – regardless of its structure – is exposed to harmful conditions, especially during adverse weather. Depending on the roofing material, various defects may occur. For roofs covered with bitumen sheets, blisters are among the most common problems. They form due to condensed water vapor penetrating from inside the building. However, such blisters may also result from design errors. Cracks are also frequently found – they allow moisture or even rainwater to penetrate after heavy storms. One cause of such cracks may be improperly secured expansion joints in the external wall.
