• General contracting of cubature buildings – e.g., multi-family residential buildings, office and administrative buildings,
• Design services for facilities in all sectors.

Design and Build

We place particular emphasis on delivering construction projects in the increasingly popular “design and build” formula, which gives the investor full consulting support and optimization of possible solutions.

This formula ensures efficient and effective communication between the investor, designer, and general contractor, as the latter two are essentially one entity within the investment–construction process.

Roof Construction

We specialize in sector-specific construction involving the implementation of building elements such as the structure and roofing of all types of roofs:

• Roofs on historic buildings
• Roofs for industrial buildings
• Classic wooden truss structures and coverings

Central Roofing Academy

An important area of our activity is the “roofers’ school”. We provide education for young apprentices through practical training in carpentry and roofing. This initiative will result in the creation of the largest Central Roofing Academy in Europe.
