Dachland Sp. z o.o. received support from European Funds for the implementation of the project: Development of a Circular Economy Business Model Transformation at Dachland Sp. z o.o.

The project involved using consultancy services, during which a detailed analysis of the company’s current status was conducted, and a business model was developed based on the principles of the circular economy. The developed document outlines clear transformation goals aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and long-term strategy. It identifies areas requiring change, such as operational processes, technology, and organizational culture. A SWOT analysis was performed for the implementation of the circular economy (CE) model. A risk analysis including climate risks was carried out. An implementation schedule for the CE transformation model was created, and investment needs were identified — including fixed assets, intangible assets, software, and related costs necessary to implement the transformation. Indicators from the CE impact index and CE transformation index for enterprises were also included.

The main goal of the project is to enhance the competitiveness of Dachland Sp. z o.o. by reviving traditional craftsmanship methods characteristic of the region in the roofing industry.

This project aims to revive the regional heritage of Warmia through DACHLAND Sp. z o.o. The investment will be implemented at 41e Lubelska Street on plot 54/7, precinct 87. The scope of the investment includes the purchase of a rotary telehandler, which will enable roofing services using ceramic (clay) tiles — a material used since antiquity. The use of fired clay tiles in architecture dates back thousands of years. It is undoubtedly one of the oldest roofing materials. Over the centuries, various types of ceramic tiles have developed and continue to be successfully used in both traditional and modern single-family homes. The service we offer will include full roofing installation with implementation of traditional roof forms inspired by pre-1989 styles, including tiles shaped by hand and fired in coal ring kilns. This investment aligns with the objectives set out in the Regional Operational Programme of Warmia and Masuria (ROP WiM) for Priority Axis 1 – Smart Economy, Action 1.5 – Modern Companies, and Sub-action 1.5.2 – Reviving the Region’s Economic Heritage. It also supports Thematic Objective 3 – Enhancing the Competitiveness of SMEs, the Agricultural Sector, and the Fisheries and Aquaculture Sectors, and Investment Priority 3c – Supporting the development and expansion of advanced capacities for product and service development. As such, the project may contribute to the promotion of the Green Lungs of Poland region, and the planned service may become a hallmark of Warmia and Masuria.
