Dachland Sp. z o.o. has received support from the European Funds for the implementation of the project: Development of a Circular Economy (CE) Transformation Business Model at Dachland Sp. z o.o.

The project involved using consulting services through which a detailed analysis of the current state of the company was conducted, followed by the development of a business model based on the circular economy. The documentation outlines clear transformation goals aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and long-term strategy. Areas requiring changes were identified, such as operational processes, technology, and organizational culture. A SWOT analysis was carried out regarding the implementation of the CE model. A risk analysis was also performed, including climate risks. Additionally, a schedule of activities for implementing the CE transformation model was developed, along with proposed investments in fixed assets, intangible assets, and software, including their associated costs necessary for implementation. Indicators from the CE economic impact index and the CE transformation index for enterprises were also specified.
