Dachland Responsible for Educational and Rehabilitation Investment in Biskupiec
We are pleased to announce that Dachland Sp. z o.o. has signed a contract for the expansion, reconstruction, and extension of the Educational, Rehabilitation, and Vocational Center building in Biskupiec, located at 1 Gdańska Street. The project includes the preparation of Supported Housing Communities as part of the “Independence – Activity – Mobility” program, financed by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled People (PFRON).
Scope of Work
The investment, valued at PLN 2,699,309.42 net, includes a wide range of construction works, such as site preparation, expansion and modernization of existing infrastructure, sanitary installations, central heating systems, and thermal insulation. The planned schedule foresees the start of work on December 2, 2024, with completion by March 31, 2026.
The project includes comprehensive construction work such as:
- Expansion, reconstruction, and extension of the building.
- Water and sewage, sanitary, electrical, and central heating installations.
- Thermal insulation and finishing works.
- Plastering, painting, and carpentry work.
