Design and Build

We place special emphasis on implementing construction projects in the increasingly popular “design and build” formula, which provides the Investor with complete consulting and optimization of available solutions.

This formula ensures very efficient and effective communication between the Investor – Designer – General Contractor, as the last two entities actually form one party in the investment and construction process.

Roof Construction

We specialize in professional execution of structural elements of buildings, including roof structures and cladding of all kinds:

• Roofs on historic buildings
• Roofs of industrial facilities
• Classic wooden roof truss structures and coverings

Central Roofing Academy

A very important area of our activity is the “roofers’ school”. We provide education for young apprentices through practical classes in the carpenter and roofer professions. The result will be the largest Central Roofing Academy in Europe.
